Fabrik shall accept your orders through electronic means for web-based orders.

Fabrik does not accept P.O's.

Fabrik does not accept personal cheques.

Once an order is placed on our website, you have 10 minutes to contact customer service to alter or cancel. Once the order is confirmed (10 + minutes) by customer service and routed to the warehouse – you cannot cancel and the items will be shipped to you.

Orders CANNOT be picked up at our shared warehouse locations.

Shipping policy references in stock items only. Fabrik does not backorder items.

All of our orders ship the same day if the orders are placed and confirmed before 12pm EST on normal business days. Normal business days are 9:30 to 5:00, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Confirmed means the order has been credit card verified and then routed through our internal servers, has passed anti-fraud detecting software has been allocated and reviewed by a customer service representative and released to the warehouse to pick and ship.

Once the customer service representative authorizes the order, it is routed to our warehouse for picking and shipping. Please note – this 'confirmed' process may take anywhere between 10 – 25 minutes.

A same day shipment only applies to orders received by our customer service team reviewed and CONFIRMED (released) for fulfillment before 12pm EST.

Note: If you send your order at 11:56pm – customer service will NOT receive the order to confirm in time – meaning you WILL NOT qualify for same day shipping.

Why? Although you paid for and confirmed the order on your computer timestamped 11:56pm, the online order is routed over the internet until received by our servers. Everyone understands that this exchange is not instant. The next step is then checked for fraud and when authorized is then released by accounting to be manually confirmed and processed by our customer service desk. Stock is checked and once the CS team confirms there are no stock issues – they release the order to the warehouse. This process, as indicated above may take 10-25 minutes – maybe longer.

All orders will be paid for by pre-payment, credit card or E-transfer.

Fabrik shall deliver Goods freight on board "F.O.B". Please see our shipping terms for more information.

Risk / loss for Goods passes to you once the goods (order) is loaded onto our freight partners truck at any one of Fabrik’s facility (s). Fabrik’s shipping guarantee extends up to the moment the order is loaded onto our freight partners truck.

However, you understand and agree that shipment of Goods is subject to availability, and FABRIK EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY FAILURE TO MEET SUCH DELIVERY DATES.

Fabrik shall have the right to deliver Goods at one time or in portions (split shipments see shipping section for more information) from time to time, and to invoice for those portions delivered.

Payment will not be considered final until all freight charges and taxes billed to you have been paid.

Payment

All orders will be paid for by pre-payment, credit card and E-transfer

You shall purchase Goods in accordance with Fabrik´s price list listed live on our website in effect at the time of
the order.

Prices are exclusive of all sales or use taxes, tariffs, customs (except fees associated
with original U.S. importation which Fabrik pays), duties and other governmental
charges. You shall pay or reimburse Fabrik for any and all such charges.

Late payment of any amount will be grounds for Fabrik to discontinue performance
under these terms and conditions of sale.

For credit card verification, please use the same address that the credit card company
sends your paper statements to.

We do not guarantee that international Credit Cards will be accepted by our processing
company. If you are declined please use a Canadian Credit card or E-transfer and contact customer service at [email protected]

Visa and MasterCard

If you choose VISA, MasterCard or American Express, you can place your order in
absolute confidence of security with our system. All transactions are encrypted by our
software and sent to the respective credit card company in a secure manner.

You must use the same address that is shown on your credit card statement. Orders
with missing or incorrect information will be declined or held until corrected information
is confirmed to complete your transaction.

Interac e-Transfer

Interac e-Transfer is a convenient way to send money directly from one bank account to another. All you will need is an email and access to either online or mobile banking through a participating financial institution. Please do not send the funds until the stock has been confirmed. We cannot deposit less or more than what the e-transfer is worth.

To send an Interac e-Transfer:

1. Login to online or mobile banking at a participating financial institution

2. Choose Interac e-Transfer (or Interac Email Money Transfer) within the Transfer/Payment menu options

3. Add Fabrik.ca as a recipient by entering our email address [email protected]

4. Fill in the Interac e-Transfer information (dollar amount, account from which to withdraw the funds and the security question ( In this case your 6 digit order number starting with 41.... )

5. Follow the instructions to confirm the information and complete the transfer

Once we have received confirmation of deposit, your order will be shipped. Please check with your bank for credit limits. In rare cases, multiple instalments may have to be made. Please contact [email protected] for assistance.

Refusal of Service Policy (Abuse, Misconduct & Malicious Intent):

As a Canadian e-commerce company, we reserve the right to refuse service or cancel transactions at our sole discretion in cases where client behavior is deemed abusive, manipulative, or dishonest. CVV Security
CVV numbers and Card security

When using a credit card - you will be asked to enter the CVV security code printed on the card. For Visa and MasterCard, the CVV security number is found on the back of the card on the right side just above or adjacent to the signature strip. The CVV security number can be found on the front of the card. This number is a four digit number.

Your CVV number can be located by looking on your credit or debit card, as illustrated in the image above:

Providing your CVV number to an online merchant proves that you actually have the physical credit or debit card - and helps to keep you safe while reducing fraud.

CVV numbers are NOT your card's secret PIN (Personal Identification Number).

You should never enter your PIN number when asked to provide your CVV. (PIN numbers allow you to use your credit or debit card at an ATM or when making an in-person purchase with your debit card or a cash advance with any credit card.)

CVV numbers are also known as CSC numbers ("Card Security Code"), as well as CVV2 numbers, which are the same as CVV numbers, except that they have been generated by a 2nd generation process that makes them harder to "guess".
