For in stock items - All of our orders ship same day if the orders are placed and confirmed before 2pm EST on normal business days. Normal business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If an item is out of stock - you will be notified within 24 hours by our customer service representatives.
Every afternoon Purolator and UPS pick up all orders that have been placed before 2pm.
All orders and shipments are confirmed by email for your convenience. You will receive an email confirmation when your package has shipped with the tracking information.
Please be sure to check your email's spam filter before contacting us as these automated messages can be erroneously flagged as spam.

We use Purolator and UPS Ground as our primary shipping carriers. If you require express shipping services, please contact customer service BEFORE you place your order.
Orders CANNOT be picked up at our shared warehouse locations.
The majority of our orders are shipped from two Ontario locations. Stock is also warehoused at two locations in Vancouver, 1 location in Calgary, Montreal and Moncton.
Stock levels are NOT consistent at these locations. Stock availability online shows the total number of units available across Canada. To fill your orders stock may be filled from two warehouses. This is considered a 'split stock shipment'.
Orders that are sent as 'Split Shipments' will have additional shipping charges that you -the customer - will be responsible for. Alternatively, please call Customer Service will to arrange acceptable substitutions of products or shipping terms.
95% of our orders are delivered within 1-5 business days depending on your location in Canada. Delivery addresses within the Toronto / Montreal corridor and within two hours of most major Canadian cities will fall within this delivery schedule.
Fabrik does NOT assume liability for any delays with couriers and cannot provide refunds or discounts caused by courier delays. Fabrik will only guarantee the date and time when the order leaves its warehouses. Tracking numbers will provide all customers with on time delivery updates.
We currently DO NOT offer Purolator or UPS Saturday or weekend delivery options.

All shipping costs are calculated by weight and size of package (dimensions Height x Length x width).

Most* orders over $299 are eligible for free shipping.
* Unfortunately shipments to the Yukon, N.W.T, Nunavut or any location deemed 'remote' by Purolator and UPS WILL NOT be eligible for free shipping. If you reside within a 'remote zone, customer service will contact you with a quote from a courier that delivers to your area.
PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO
Fabrik does NOT ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO locations.
Purolator and UPS shipping is available for all orders with viable delivery addresses within Canada and the United States of America, excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes.
You must enter a valid physical street address prior to processing your order. Fabrik is not responsible for shipping costs associated with incorrect addresses or delays in delivering. The customer must make every effort to allow Purolator or UPS to deliver the ordered goods.
If the order is returned to Fabrik, a 15% restocking charge will be deducted from the order along with the associated freight charges.
Regarding the above shipping errors, Fabrik has the discretion to offer the customer a refund in the form of a valid Fabrik coupon credit for future purchases. The coupon credit is a soft refund. The credit will be minus the restocking charge and any shipping or other fees. See return goods section.
Claims & Returns
Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure, that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Service Desk at 1-905-235-1979 (9:00 am - 18:00 pm during the business week - Monday to Friday) and request a RMA or return #.
This service is NOT available on weekends and Holidays. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest possible timeline.
