If you have received your order and are dissatisfied with your choices or you have received the items in a damaged or defective manner, you have 10 days after receiving the goods to contact customer service to start the return process. Fabrik receives delivery notices from our courier partners in real time. Fabrik will NOT issue a return authorization number after the 10 day window is closed.

Our return policy is very clear. There will be no exceptions made to this policy.

You may call Fabrik customer service directly at 1-905-235-1979 or 1-877-332-2745 (9:00 am - 18:00 pm during the business week (Monday to Friday) and request a return. This service is NOT available on weekends and Holidays) .

All returns (except styles shipped in error, defective or damaged in transport) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns unless the following criteria is met:

1) We will require the invoice number and a list of the items that you would like to return, including style number, colours, size and quantity.

2) We will also ask for a reason for the return.

3) The items are in the original unused packaging with all tags;

4) All items MUST be in an unused or NEW (never worn) condition;

5) We do not return or exchange Sample items, Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards, Coupons, Undergarments, Altered Garments, Washed Garments, Relabelled, Printed Garments or Decorated items for hygiene and other reasons.

6) Please inspect all goods BEFORE printing or decorating.

7) Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns MUST be authorized / validated by Fabrik customer service. Please call 905-235-1979 or 1-877-332-2745 or send an email to: [email protected] requesting an RMA #.

8) Once we validate the request we will offer a Return Authorization Number (RMA #).

9) This RMA number MUST be clearly printed on the return parcel to ensure prompt processing. Orders received by Fabrik without an RMA# will be refused and will be shipped back at the customers expense.

10) The sender will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Returning items must be shipped freight prepaid (you are responsible for return freight cost).

11) To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase (example: transaction, order or invoice number).

11) Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to be processed to the original method of payment.

12) In certain situations a coupon or credit will be offered instead of a full or partial refund.

Damaged or Missing Items

Each item is checked for flaws before the order leaves our warehouse. Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure, that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Service Desk at 1-905-235-1979 or 1-877-332-2745 (9:00 am - 18:00 pm during the business week - Monday to Friday) and request a RMA or return #.

This service is NOT available on weekends and Holidays) . We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest possible timeline.

Pictures of damaged items will always be required. Customer service will walk you through the return process.


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you are not happy with your purchase you will have to return the unwanted items. Please see Returns above.

Short Shipments

If you have received an order shipment with a missing or incorrect item you must contact our customer service desk at [email protected] within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the goods.

Residential Address delivery waiver

Residential property theft is becoming a huge issue in Canada. Fabrik Apparel is NOT RESPONSIBLE if your delivered package is stolen from your property. Fabrik uses a third person freight carrier service (Purolator & UPS). Once the package leaves Fabrik's warehouse - the freight carrier becomes responsible for the package. We cannot accept responsibility for a service that we have no control over. If your package is being delivered to a residential address - please ensure someone is there to receive the delivery. If you are not at the residential address and your package is stolen - Fabrik Apparel IS NOT responsible for the loss and WILL NOT replace nor refund your order.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders, once entered and accepted into the system, cannot be changed. This means, we cannot add to orders already entered; a new order will need to be placed. Once the shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect,

Cancelled orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.


Fabrik does not officially have backorders. If you have received your order and there is a missing or backordered item, this has occurred because the actual stock on the floor is different than the inventory within the computer management system. Although extremely rare this may occur. If this is the case, please contact customer service at [email protected]. Once verified (because we scan and photograph each item that is packaged for delivery) we will refund the amount through the original payment method or offer a coupon code.

Buyer's Responsibility

It is the consignee’s and/or buyer’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon reception, in order to declare any defect, and to confirm receiving the correct style, size, colour or quantity, before altering the merchandise. While Fabrik is making all efforts to assure the quality and the accuracy of each product sent, Fabrik will not accept any responsibility of any altered defective or incorrect merchandise.

No return will be accepted on Sample items, Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards, Coupons, Undergarments, Altered Garments, Washed Garments, Relabelled, Printed Garments or Decorated items for hygiene and other reasons.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you were approved and have not received your refund after 15 days; first check your bank account; Second, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If the refund is through your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 15 days, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
